Senior Labeling Specialist
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Labeling Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate strong attention to detail, multitasking, and analytical abilities. As a Senior Labeling Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all product labels are accurately created, formatted, and compliant with regulatory standards.
Hybrid position based in Dublin, CA, client would prefer the person to go onsite a few days a week.
What You Will Do
- Develop, format, and layout product labels to meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Ensure all labeling materials comply with relevant regulatory guidelines and support the regulatory compliance process.
- Manage the release of drawings, change orders, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and labels throughout the product development and launch phases.
- Coordinate localization projects, including managing localization exports, quotations, and imports in collaboration with translation vendors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure labeling accuracy and consistency.
To Be Successful You Will Have
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in labeling, with a preference for experience in the medical device industry.
- Proven expertise in label formatting and layout.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications such as InDesign, FrameMaker, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Experience with regulatory compliance processes and a strong background in supporting regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and analytical skills.
