As a Senior Java Engineer, you will be responsible for:
1. Developing and maintaining high-quality software products supporting the organization’s standards and infrastructure, using Java and related technologies.
2. Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
3. Designing robust, scalable, secure, and globalized features.
4. Participating in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing.
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
6. Working with outside data sources and APIs.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
1. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Java development.
3. Proficiency in Java, Javascript, Angular, DB2, Oracle, SQL, RESTful APIs, Spring Framework, Agile methodologies, and Microservices.
4. Demonstrated experience in Agile development, application design, software development, and testing.
5. A thorough understanding of relational databases such as MySQL or similar technologies.
