2. Utilize your expertise in Java 8 and Object-Oriented Programming to enhance our current systems and develop new ones.

4. Leverage AWS and other cloud technologies to build and deploy applications.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and drive the development process.
6. Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code and promote best practices.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
8. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our systems are up-to-date and competitive.
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development processes and practices.
Qualifications
1. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, specifically with Java 8.
3. Profound knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and its concepts.
4. Proven experience with RESTful services, microservices, and AWS.
5. A strong understanding of cloud technologies and their application in a business environment.
6. Prior experience working in the insurance industry is a plus.
7. Familiarity with SaaS platforms and their development.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
9. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
