Senior IT Project Manager – Salesforce Implementation for Sales and Broker Experience
Location: 100% Remote
Employment Type: 12-Month Contract-to-Hire
General Overview
The Senior IT Project Manager will oversee the implementation of Salesforce technology to improve the sales and broker experience. This role is part of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) and requires a focus on delivering business outcomes through collaboration across IT and business teams. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong adaptability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Salesforce (or similar CRM) implementation projects in a matrixed environment.
- Manage project scope, milestones, budgets (upwards of $1M), resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with business teams to align IT deliverables with strategic program goals.
- Coordinate with an existing Senior Program Manager on cross-functional dependencies and outcomes.
- Oversee vendor selection, procurement, and operational go-live plans.
- Monitor and report on project performance, including financials, timelines, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Ensure alignment with Agile methodology and incremental project delivery milestones.
Qualifications
Required:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, IT, Information Systems, or a related field.
- (In lieu of a degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required.)
- Experience: 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional technical systems implementations.
- Proven expertise in project financial management, scope control, and milestone delivery.
Preferred:
- Salesforce implementation experience or similar CRM system rollouts.
- SAFe Scrum Master Certification or PMP Certification.
- Experience working on strategic enterprise initiatives in fast-paced environments.

- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and IT implementation processes.
Certifications (Preferred but not Required):
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
- SAFe Scrum Master Certification
