We are looking for a Senior IT Manager/Project Management Officer responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Infrastructure Design and Implementation: Overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust IT infrastructure solutions, ensuring reliability, security, and optimal performance.
- Vendor Management: Collaborating with external vendors and partners to procure necessary hardware, software, and services, ensuring adherence to quality standards and contractual agreements.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation for all IT infrastructure components, configurations, and processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency gains within the IT infrastructure, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicating IT infrastructure strategies, updates, and challenges to executive leadership and other stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
- Incident Management: Developing and implementing incident response plans, ensuring a rapid and effective response to IT infrastructure incidents, and minimizing downtime.
- 8-12 years of IT/network administration experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a project management role.
- 3+ years of experience in a Senior IT/network management role.
- 3-5 years of banking/financial institution experience.
- Degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with VMware ESX, ESXi, vCenter.
- Experience with MS Windows (Server and Desktop OS) and Active Directory.
- Experience with Linux OS
