Your Career
This position is responsible for managing technical projects for enterprise, partner, and customer facing services. A successful candidate for this role will have strong Program management and organization skills to complement their technical skills. You will work with technical engineers to lead complex IT projects, with a focus on FedRAMP. The role will engage with a wide range of Internal stakeholders to support our FedRAMP initiatives, which require specific controls and guidelines to remain compliant. You will understand and document their needs and will play the role of IT Program Manager to projects, manage the sprints and overall release of business capabilities to production.
Your Impact
- Excellent knowledge of Agile SCRUM process with at least 8 years of experience as a IT Program Manager and SCRUM master managing IT project implementations
- Excellent Business Analyst skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively collect requirements, organize data and build processes to support FedRAMP initiatives
- Build relationships with various Product Managers to understand their Product Roadmaps - Plan and execute on dependent work from our team
- Ability to track developer progress, against user stories, develop burn down charts to assess sprint velocity and manage the overall release
- Oversee multiple software development projects on a variety of platforms that will require collaboration with the software engineering teams and business stakeholders
- Full project ownership, including the understanding of scope, planning resource needs with inputs from other stakeholders, and uncovering dependencies
- Facilitate and manage technical projects, develop and track project milestones
- Define and manage project schedules, dependencies, deliverables and responsibilities
- Manage product and project quality by being a gatekeeper for prioritization and addressing root causes
- Continuously identify and close process gaps to improve developer productivity
- Estimate work efforts and manage competing priorities
- Provides leadership to the cross-functional teams by helping define clear, realistic goals - clears barriers to team progress and manages the resolution/mitigation of project risks and issues
- Lead regular stakeholder reviews - communicate and present status and issues effectively to all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing
- Knowledge of some of the business processes for quoting, sales, fulfillment or support would be a plus
Your Experience
- 6 years of Technical Project Management experience for complex IT projects
- 3 years of experience in fundamentals of Infrastructure
- Owning and driving change management to build strong relationships and gain adoption
- Experience overseeing and developing large matrix project management resources and teams
- Proven expertise in Scrum, SDLC, change and project management methodologies, concepts, practices, procedures and standards
- Technical Program Management experience in an Agile environment
- Ability to take high level ambiguous information and turn it into solidified detailed plans that drive results
- Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to communicate to executives, managers and engineers
- Understand the challenges of working in distributed environment with multiple teams working on different problems
- Publish Metrics and reports to accurately track progress of projects
- PMP and SCRUM certification is strongly preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience with the Bachelor's degree in CS or MIS or equivalent military experience required

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $102,000/yr to $165,000/yr.
