Sr.MAC-Linux Help Desk Support Technician Qualifications- Candidates must live in Seattle Area to support both on-site and virtual support. Job Description Applicant will support (in-person, remote and desk side) customers who are Scientist and Engineers in resolving desktop, laptop, and portable computer device problems to include: hardware, software, network accessibility, printer, and other peripheral device issues. Additionally, the applicant will assist in server access, email account configuration and computer security issues at Enterprise Level. . Salary based on qualifications and experience Duties
