Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Senior IT Development Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in integration and .NET development to lead a team in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. This role involves overseeing integration efforts with SAP and other systems, performing code reviews, and contributing to solution design. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of approximately five developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee and drive integration efforts, with experience in Boomi and SAP integration as a significant advantage.
• Conduct code reviews and collaborate on solution design to ensure high standards and effective implementations.
• Document processes, solutions, and technical designs clearly and comprehensively for internal stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively across teams to ensure seamless system integration and project success.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in .NET development, with the ability to conduct detailed code reviews and contribute to technical designs.
• Background in integration projects, particularly with SAP; knowledge of Boomi integration tools is a strong plus.
• Strong communicator with excellent documentation skills to clearly convey technical information.
• Previous experience managing direct reports in a development or IT environment.
