Senior IT Enterprise Application Analyst
Location: Downtown Los Angeles, HQ (Hybrid Monday & Tuesday in office)
6 month assignment (Great potential to extend)
Schedule: 9/80 schedule, 7:00 AM – 4:45 PM (every other Friday off)
Pay Rate: $58–$66/hr. doe
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Senior IT Enterprise Applications Analyst to support HR, Benefits, and Payroll modules within PeopleSoft (PS). The role involves collaborating with business users to gather requirements and design, develop, integrate, and implement solutions. Responsibilities include implementing new functionalities, participating in application upgrades, and staying current with the latest tools and technologies.

Responsibilities include implementing new functionalities, participating in application upgrades, and staying current with the latest tools and technologies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for HR, Benefits, and Payroll modules in PeopleSoft (PS).
- Analyze business requirements and design, build, and implement solutions.
- Develop and support processes for North American Payroll, including tax updates and PUM upgrades.
- Leverage expertise in People Tools, SQR, SQL, XML, and Fluid for solution delivery.
- Participate in application upgrades and keep abreast of emerging technologies and tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective integration and functionality.
Education and Experience:
- Master's degree in a related field and 6+ years of relevant experience. (Preferred)
bachelor's degree in a related field and 6+ years of relevant experience; or
Minimum of 10 years of PeopleSoft technical development experience. - 3+ years working with PS HCM version 9.2 and tools 8.58 or above.
- Intermediate-level expertise in People Tools, SQR, SQL, and XML.
- In-depth knowledge of North American Payroll processes and associated technologies.
- At least 3 years of experience supporting North American Payroll, tax updates, PUM upgrades, and Fluid.
