Our premier client is looking for an International Tax Analysis, specialized in US International Tax to join their fantastic team. As an International Tax Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with US International Tax Laws and Regulations. This hybrid role provides a solid work/life balance within a growing team.
Job Description:
- Assist with development and implementation of tax planning strategies for international transactions.
- Ensure accurate reporting of all tax transactions.
- Prepare E&P, Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, §163(j) and foreign tax credit calculations for quarterly and annual reporting.
- Support on transfer pricing matters, including documentation and compliance.
- Prepare US international tax returns – Forms 8865, 5471, 8858.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and disclosures.
- Support tax audits and assist with inquiries related to US international tax matters.
- Assist with calculation of international tax related financial reporting items including APB 23 liability.
- Always strive to automate, streamline, and improve tax processes and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- 3+ years of experience in public or private companies.
- Strong knowledge of US international tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Knowledge OneSource and Oracle’s Hyperion/HFM a plus
