Our client is seeking experienced professionals to join their Internal Audit Department. As a Senior Internal Auditor, you will play a vital role in enhancing and protecting organizational value by providing independent, objective assurance and consulting services. Compensation: $75,000 – $110,000/year DOE

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Planning, executing, and reporting on internal audit engagements
• Conducting financial, operational, compliance, and special audits
• Identifying risks, controls, and concerns in audit areas
• Preparing written audit reports and making recommendations for improvement
• Performing risk assessments and annual strategic planning of audits
• Maintaining professional certification(s) and continuing education efforts

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or other financial area
  • 5+ years of financial institution internal audit experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and ability to learn/apply auditing related software
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to critically analyze and assess the adequacy of internal controls
