Description: Our client is currently seeking a Senior Insurance and Risk Analyst. This is a permanent, direct hire role in Monmouth, NJ offering a hybrid work schedule.
This job will have the following responsibilities
- Procure insurance (liability, casualty, property, cyber, crime, fiduciary, workers' comp, D&O).
- Manage the Surety bond program.
- Recommend enhancements to corporate insurance.
- Collect and analyze data for insurance applications and renewals.
- Collaborate with brokers on annual renewals and negotiate terms.
- Address insurance-related issues, provide Certificates of Insurance, and manage claims.
- Maintain accurate records and support ERM strategies.
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years in insurance, risk management, or related fields.
- Familiarity with surety bonds and claims management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
