About the Job
Responsibilities:
Information Security Analyst - Plan, implement, upgrade, or monitor security measures for the protection of computer networks and information. May ensure appropriate security controls are in place that will safeguard digital files and vital electronic infrastructure. May respond to computer security breaches and viruses.
SENIOR: Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Plans and leads major technology assignments. Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. May supervise others.
Job Description:
- At least 7 years' experience in perform vulnerability assessments, analysis, and reporting at the enterprise level
- Broad and deep knowledge of defensive security frameworks, technical solutions, and leading practices
- In-depth knowledge of risk assessment and threat modeling methods, frameworks and technologies
- Deep experience with a variety of information security systems and tools, such as Security Information and Event Management, Application Vulnerability Management, Infrastructure Vulnerability Management, Intrusion Detection/Prevention, Web
Content Filtering, Anti-Virus/Malware and Data Loss Prevention
- Comfortable facilitating risk, business impact, control and vulnerability assessments
- Experience with scripting and security automation
- Expertise in network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and the associated network protocols and concepts
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills to analyze complex security requirements and relate them to appropriate security controls
- Experience monitoring, tracking, and reporting the status of POA&Ms
- Knowledge of software development and Agile practices
Vulnerability and Compliance Scanning/Analysis Lead
Certification Requirement(s):
- CISSP
