Job Summary:
As a Senior Infor Technical Analyst/Developer, you will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights and developing innovative solutions to enhance our operational efficiency. In this multifaceted role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze complex data sets, design, and implement data models, and develop software applications to support our healthcare operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive operational excellence.
- Design, develop, and maintain databases, data models, data replication and integration processes to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
- Develop software application extensions, tools, application interfaces, and reporting dashboards.
- Perform data validation, quality assurance, and testing to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Support application administration, maintenance, and issue resolution.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Business Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a similar field.
- Proven experience as an Information Analyst/Developer, Software Engineer, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.
- Experience with Infor CloudSuite/Landmark Development and Administration. Advanced technical skills including: Infor Process Automation, ION, IBI Application Studio, LPL, Configuration Console, and Cognos Report Authoring.
- Extensive knowledge of SQL/query writing and experience with database design and management.
- Proficiency in data analysis, data visualization, and reporting tools (e.g., Birst, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data integration methodologies.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Would be a plus:
- Experience with Infor Financials, Infor Global HR, and Infor Workforce Management strongly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, C#, or Groovy.
- HRIS management or previous experience with Human Resources business processes
- Healthcare experience
- Experience with system training and direct end-user support
- Microsoft Data Tools (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) experience
- Proficiency in XML and HTML
