Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager in Scottsdale, AZ. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws, and regulations, strategic guidance, training & development, etc.

Qualifications

• Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management skills
• Training and Development expertise
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Minimum 7 years experience in HR with 5 years of hands on senior level HR experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Current SHRM or HRCI HR certification desired. SPHR or SHRM-SCP if preferred.
