Key Responsibilities
Serve as a key point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and HR policies in both
Spanish and English- Partner with management to address workforce planning, employee development, and organizational design needs.
- Lead and manage recruitment efforts for key positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, with a focus on bilingual candidates as needed.
- Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including handling audits and reporting.
- Facilitate training sessions and development programs to promote continuous learning and employee growth in both Spanish and English
- Manage HR-related projects, including policy updates, compensation reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to make recommendations for process improvements and workforce optimization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and EEO.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
(spoken and written) is required.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
- Demonstrated experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
- PHR certification preferred but not required.
- Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
