Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of HR Operations to develop and implement HR strategies, integrating industry best practices and trends to enhance the effectiveness and competitiveness of HR programs.
- Oversee the HR Information System (Workday) and other HR tools, ensuring they are effectively utilized to streamline operations and enhance the employee experience.
- Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee records and core HR systems through proactive audits and compliance measures.
- Evaluate HR processes for efficiency and quality, leveraging data to drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives that support business objectives and employee needs.
- Maintain and update the Company Handbook, HR policies, and processes to ensure adherence to compliance standards and relevant employment laws at both state and federal levels.
- Manage all immigration processes, including I-9 and E-Verify compliance, ensuring alignment with legal requirements.
- Review, process, and approve HR transactions in Workday, maintaining adherence to established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Work closely with IT, Accounting, and Legal teams to ensure seamless HR operations and compliance.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- 8-10 years of HR experience in an operations role, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proficient in Workday and other HR systems; experience managing HRIS functions is a must.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated passion for accuracy, process efficiency, and effective people data management.
- Strong background in performance management, change management, organizational development, benefits administration, and compensation planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
