Overview
This position will be the primary Human Resources point of contact for field sales and sales support teams. As a strategic thought partner, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) aligns business objectives with employees and management for their designated business teams.
The Sr. Human Resources Manager is a strategic leader responsible for steering HR practices and initiatives across multiple business units. This role is central to driving transformational change, embedding HR strategies into business goals, and enhancing talent and leadership development to foster business growth in a rapidly changing environment.
Champions the organization's culture and values while implementing HR programs, leading leadership development initiatives, and fostering an inclusive, adaptable, and results-driven work environment. By balancing tactical execution with strategic vision, this position supports the organization in achieving exceptional outcomes and delivering its cultural and business priorities.
Primary Responsibilities:
+ Strategic HR Partnership and Alignment:
+ Strategic Advisory: Serve as a strategic advisor and consultant to senior leadership and business unit heads, ensuring HR strategies align with and support the overall business direction.
+ Partnership Building: Establish and nurture strong partnerships with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), cross functional and management teams to foresee and address emerging HR needs and workforce trends.
+ Data-Driven Strategy: Leverage HR analytics and data insights to drive evidence-based decision-making and strategic planning.
+ Leadership Coaching and Talent Development:
+ Coaching Programs: Design and implement leadership development frameworks that enhance the managerial competencies and effectiveness of current and future leaders.
+ Talent Management: Oversee the execution of comprehensive talent assessments and succession planning to build robust leadership pipelines and ensure organizational readiness for growth.
+ Cultivate Learning Culture: In partnership with Learning & Development, support the deployment of training programs and development initiatives that are aligned with organizational needs and goals.
+ Organizational Programs and Change Management:
+ Program Execution: Lead the design and implementation of key organizational programs, including performance management, organizational design, and employee engagement initiatives.
+ Change Leadership: Act as a change leader, guiding business units through significant transitions and facilitating the adoption of change management practices for successful transformation outcomes.
+ Efficiency Improvements: Continuously assess and streamline HR processes to enhance efficiency and operational effectiveness across business units
+ Integrated HR Solutions and Business Literacy (15%):
+ Integrated Solutions: Develop and execute integrated HR solutions that support different business units, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and industry best practices.
+ Business Acumen: Maintain and update a comprehensive understanding of the company’s financial landscape, competitive positioning, and cultural dynamics to ensure HR advice is contextually relevant and valuable.
+ Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with cross-functional teams to embed HR initiatives into broader business projects and objectives.
Education and Experience:
+ Level of Formal Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
+ Area of Study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
+ Minimum Years of Experience: 10+ years
+ Type of Experience: Experience in strategic HR planning and execution, leadership development, change management, and HR program implementation across diverse business units.
+ Special Certifications: Preferred certifications include SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resource Management) or SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources).
+ Technical Competencies & Information Systems: Proficiency with HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle.
+ Familiarity with HR analytics tools to drive data-informed decision-making.
+ Skills & Abilities:
+ Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
+ Ability to influence and collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
+ A high level of technical proficiency, including the ability to leverage HR data, analytics, and reporting tools to drive strategic workforce planning, measure success, and make informed decisions.
+ Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required. Additional language skills can be an advantage, especially in regions with multilingual business environments.
+ Personal Attributes & Other/Preferred: Strong business acumen and understanding of financial implications related to human resources.
