Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding.
3. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
4. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the company.
5. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
6. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
7. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
8. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
9. Nurture a positive working environment.
10. Manage all employee relations issues including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
11. Oversee and administer benefits programs including health, disability, and retirement plans.
12. Provide guidance on organizational change and development.
Qualifications:
1. Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
2. People-oriented and results-driven.
3. Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
4. Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
5. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
6. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
7. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
8. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
9. Degree in Human Resources or related field.
10. Proficiency in both English and another language.
11. Experience in the food production sector of the Engineering industry is preferred.
12. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
13. Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize important projects.
14. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
15. Commitment to staying informed of current trends and innovations in the field of human resources.
