Your Contribution

As a Senior HR Generalist reporting to the Head of HR R&D Technical Centers, you will be responsible for a broad range of activities to ensure that the needs of the business unit are aligned appropriately with the overall company goals, while operating as a resource and advisor to all levels of employees. The position consults and advises management on several human resources issues including employee relations, compensation, performance management and employee and management training.

• Minimize legal and compliance risks

• Act as a sounding board to leaders and employees

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and develop durable working relationships

• Ability to anticipate/identify and solve problems

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation delivery

• Must have broad, basic understanding of federal, state and local employment laws

• Minimum 6 years of previous or related experience in the HR function
