Human Resource Dimensions has been engaged to place a Senior HR Generalist for a growing tech client in Duluth, Georgia. The Senior HR Generalist will ensure policies and processes are up to date and in compliance, administer benefits, manage employee relations, and assist in HR-related projects.

- Write and revise HR policies to ensure alignment with company goals
- Review Employee Handbooks and work with legal team on updates
- Reinforce company policies, rules, and procedures to ensure compliance
Benefits:
- Participate in benefits planning, designing, and administration
- Manage benefits open enrollment process
- Reconcile and process monthly benefit invoices
Employee Relations:
- Participate in employee relations meetings and provide guidance to managers on employee issues
- Listen to employee complaints and find viable solutions
Compliance:
- Participate in annual 401k, HR, and ISO audits, as required. Document findings for process improvement
- Complete customer surveys as they pertain to HR
HR Administration:
- Partner with stakeholders for process improvement and change
- Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, and other departments to provide support and resolve employee issues
- Engage with vendors to arrange employee training programs, as required
- Support HR programs and initiatives, such as employee awards and recognition programs
Requirements:
- Must have a general understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change
- Strong attention to detail
- Possesses analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
- Must be professional and mature
- 6 – 8 years of HR experience
- Intermediate-level Excel experience
