The Sr. HR Business System Analyst will be responsible for the system configuration, data analytics, continuous process improvement, and data integrity within the human capital management system. The role will be responsible for maintaining employee personal and professional data in alignment with contracts, agreements, and polices. This includes meeting federal & state regulations.

Minimum Requirements
- Completed Bachelors degree
- 5 years experience in HRIS Systems (Peoplesoft preferred)
- Must have a working knowledge of relational databases and understand effective dating within a Human Capital Management system.
- Must be able to interpret and understand language within union negotiated contracts.
- Must possess analytical thinking, strong problem-solving skills, testing and training skills.
- Excellent organization, time management, written and verbal communication skills.
- 1-3 years' of Microsoft Office Suite experience working with Excel.
- Ability to drive deliverables through to completion.
- Must have a working knowledge of relational databases and understand effective dating within a Human Capital Management system.
- Serves as a subject matter expert for PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 partnering with HR Operations, Payroll, and OIT
- Maintains PeopleSoft integrations via troubleshooting, issue resolution, and enhancements.
- Assists with gathering requirements for system modifications, testing system modifications, testing upgrades and fixes, and integrating third- party systems into the existing HRIS system(s).
- Maintains and updates PeopleSoft system tables and SQR processes.
- Leads program initiatives relating to the cyclical House Staff program salary implementation programs, and regulatory compliance requests from OULR or OGC
- Builds data audits that support the mass salary implementations and job data updates; report findings to leadership.
- Prepares data files that aid in updating mass employment records for purposes of job-related changes and fiscal/year-end re-evaluation processes.
- Gathers reporting requirements and generate queries
- Generate audits to verify data accuracy.
- Prepares comparison reports to evaluate trends in the data.
- Assists in troubleshooting and diagnosing technology issues and provides strategic technical solutions.
- Collaborates with HRIS leadership to provide systematic approaches to enhance system functionality and support best business practices.
- Assists in process improvement and automating processes to streamline workload.
- Assists with documenting the implementation of functional enhancements to reduce manual entry and improve accuracy and data integrity.
- Responsible for the system configuration, data analytics, continuous process improvement, and data integrity within the human capital management system.
- Responsible for maintaining employee personal and professional data in alignment with various union-negotiated agreements, company policies and practices, as well as federal & state regulations.
- Will partner with Payroll Services, Human Resources and Information Technology to meet day-to-day requirements.
