- Client Relationship Management: Oversee mid-sized and/or key client relationships from the implementation process through the entire lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and the delivery of exceptional HR services tailored to their needs.
- Service Delivery and Support: Manage all aspects of daily service delivery for your assigned clients, working closely with Tilson's operational service teams in HR, Benefits, and Payroll to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- HR Compliance: Serve as the primary HR liaison, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across multiple states. Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to align with client goals.
- Problem Resolution: Provide counsel and direction on employee relations issues, including performance management, terminations, sexual harassment, and discrimination. Coach and consult with managers and associates to ensure compliance with federal and state laws.
- Client and Business Support: Identify and develop solutions for specific client needs, such as compensation, employment policies, HR planning, and training. Advocate for your assigned clients by aligning HR solutions with their business objectives.
- Benefits Administration: Deliver annual benefit plan renewals, including plan design, cost factors, and considerations for contributions. Ensure clients understand their options and make informed decisions.
- Team Leadership and Mentorship: Assist with the training and development of HR teammates, providing guidance on complex HR issues and fostering a culture of growth and collaboration within the HR team.
- On-Site Client Engagement: Plan, coordinate, and lead on-site client review and update meetings, ensuring clients receive personalized attention and HR Best Practices.
- Experienced HR Leader: You have 3-6 years of progressive HR Generalist experience and have worked directly with business owners and key decision- makers, providing HR guidance.
- Education & Certification: You hold a Bachelor’s Degree and have certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP, which demonstrate your commitment to the HR profession.
- Excellent Communicator: You excel in both verbal and written communication, capable of presenting to large and small groups, and engaging effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Client-Centric Mindset: You have a proven track record of managing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery.
- Multi-State Compliance Expert: You are well-versed in HR compliance across multiple states, ensuring that your clients are always up-to-date with changing regulations.
- Problem Solver: You possess strong conflict and relationship management skills, able to navigate complex employee relations issues with ease.
