The Opportunity

We seek passionate leaders to manage our unique primary care experience. As an Office Medical Director, you’ll lead a team, ensure clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment.

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Overseeing 2 Offices (Glendale and Aurora)

What You’ll Be Working On:

• Managing a team of providers at 2 offices
• Supporting professional development
• Collaborating with the Office Manager
• Communicating with regional teams
• Managing patient care
• Conducting in-office and telehealth visits
• Participating in continuous learning
• Supervising NP or PA colleagues

Qualifications:

• Completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency
• 2 years of outpatient primary care experience
• 1 year of team management experience
• Board certified or eligible in Internal or Family Medicine
• State licensed in Colorado

This full-time role is based in Denver, Colorado, with a salary range of $280,000 to $300,000. One Medical is an equal opportunity employer.
