The Opportunity

We seek passionate leaders to manage our unique primary care experience. As an Office Medical Director, you’ll lead a team, ensure clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment.

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Overseeing 2 offices (Glendale and Aurora)

What You’ll Be Working On:

• Managing a team of providers at 2 offices
• Supporting professional development
• Collaborating with the Office Manager
• Communicating with regional teams
• Managing patient care
• Conducting in-office and telehealth visits
• Participating in continuous learning

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of primary care experience
• 1+ year managing a team
• Current Massachusetts licensure
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Board Certification
• Colorado licensure before start date

This full-time role is based in Denver, Colorado, with a salary range of $163,200 to $172,800. One Medical is an equal opportunity employer.
