If you would enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are looking for a chance to become part of a stellar team of professionals, we invite you to apply online today.LocationNHQPurposeThe primary purpose of the Sr. Group Manager, Cross Carline Performance and Revenue – is to align the company’s product/sales strategies to mid-term profit commitment.Monitor performance across entire Hyundai portfolio after launch and make recommendation to maximize profit improve opportunities across model lines.Serve as the Voice of Americas SR’s product teams and advise PDO leadership on all product performance matters and manufacturing plants to meet product planning and sales targets.Major ResponsibilitiesLead formulating both short-term and long-term product strategies from consolidated profitability perspectives.Support HMNA management decision-making on profit issues and improvement measures beyond model level scope but cross-carline perspectives.Consolidate cross-carline profitability impacts and support all North American markets including US, Canada and Mexico.Manage mid-term plan (MTP) forecast of company-wide profitability, aligned with vehicle consolidated operational profit and profit improvement activities committed at each milestone.Steer company’s business plan (BP) to align with vehicle consolidated operational profit committed at milestone and model year.Validate business case of advanced product and services, which have cross-carline profitability impacts.Optimize profitability and positioning between models, and formulate price-cost strategy roadmap of the company’s electrification (HEV/EV/etc.).Expand PD Office practice to other regional HQs in Hyundai.Major Responsibilities (continued)AuthorityProduct development, price positioning, sales and materials cost management.Education~ Must be a high school graduate~ Bachelor’s degree preferred~ Master’s degree a plusRelated ExperienceTen or more years of professional experience in automotive manufacturer/distributor with direct product responsibilities (planning, marketing, and/or sales).Minimum of five years of supervisory experience is desired.Cross-functional team management experience is required.Skills/KnowledgeExcel, PowerPoint, Word proficiency.Good organizational and Data mining skills.Effective communication skills.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.Ability to simplify complex issues, develop compelling point of view, persuasively make case for change leading to action.Outstanding written & verbal presentation skills required for external and Senior Leadership interactionsStrong automotive technology knowledge.Korean as second language is a plus.CertificationN/A.Physical RequirementsNormal office dutiesWork Model#LI-Hybrid (60% Onsite/40% Remote)Affiliate#HyundaiCompensation$137,025.00 - $203,000.00 AnnualBenefitsMonthly Hyundai/Genesis vehicle lease allowance (including insurance and maintenance)Holiday Pay - the company shuts down with pay between Christmas and New Years.Vacation and sick time offHealthcare insurance (medical, dental, and vision)401(K) company matchAdditional 401(K) Employer Enhanced Contribution program – eligible after 1 year of employment, in addition to the regular employer matching contributionBasic life insurance, short- and long-term disabilityMental health, wellbeing, and employee assistance programHealth advocate (coordinate care and services, assistance with claim and billing issues, understanding Hyundai benefits)Our Company adheres to the equal employment opportunity guidelines set forth by federal, state and local laws.
