As a Senior Graphic Designer, you're in the business of visual communication. Above all, you must know your craft and love design. You should be practiced in creating compelling visual solutions for multiple platforms. You'll be called upon to design a variety of materials – brand identities, marketing collateral, social media graphics, packaging, digital ads, and print materials – you get the picture. You'll collaborate with a diverse team of creative professionals, including art directors, copywriters, web developers, and marketing specialists to create visually stunning work that achieves client goals. Attention to detail and meeting deadlines are key. Multi-tasking is a must. But you'll never have to go it alone. Sometimes you'll have to present your designs to team members and clients, so it's important to be articulate too.
You'll utilize your creativity and eye for detail to execute designs for various marketing materials and campaigns. Working with our kind and collaborative team of fellow designers, copywriters, digital marketing specialists, and client service associates, you'll create and execute design projects, advise clients on technical visual recommendations and/or issues, and contribute to innovative marketing concepts.

- Ensure designs are optimized for various platforms, including digital and print.
- Review your own work to deliver error-free designs that contain all required elements, paying attention to typography, image placement, and overall flow to ensure the intended user experience.
- Complete work on time and on budget, meeting clients' expectations and upholding company standards.
- Maintain and evolve brand visual identities, including color palettes, typography, and overall design language.
- Preserve the brand integrity of each client.
- Contribute to the planning and art direction of photo and video shoots when needed.
- Build relationships of trust with key partners throughout the agency and resolve creative differences swiftly and cooperatively.
