We're looking for someone with 10+ years of experience who can take ownership of design initiatives, from concept through execution, in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

• Lead Design Projects: Oversee print and digital marketing materials, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Create Multi-Platform Assets: Design engaging content for web, email campaigns, social media, and print (brochures, flyers, banners).
• Web Design & Management: Maintain website content within WordPress, ensuring brand consistency.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with marketing, sales, and digital strategy teams to deliver cohesive visual messaging.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Bring fresh, innovative ideas to keep our brand competitive in the outdoor industry.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 10+ years in graphic design with a strong portfolio (print and digital).
• Skills:
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Proficient in WordPress for web content design and management.
  • Strong grasp of branding, typography, and layout principles.
  • Proven track record creating engaging social media content.
• Soft Skills: Initiative-driven, excellent communication, strong project management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus Skills: Motion graphics, video editing, UX/UI design, or SEO knowledge.
