Our services include airfield geotechnical & pavement engineering, civil & drainage design, third party constructability reviews, project/program management, and construction management & inspection services. You will have the opportunity to lead, develop, and deliver projects of varying sizes and complexity, initiate, and maintain client contact and assist the team in winning and delivering the work.

Key Responsibilities
Geotechnical project manager: able to deliver Geotechnical projects from proposals, through designs, to final reports.
Develop engineering designs for a variety of airport, municipal, and private projects with complex soil, pavement, drainage, and structural components.
Perform analysis and design for: slope stability, retaining walls, shoring, and deep foundations.
Plan and perform surface and subsurface investigations, including coordination with multiple subcontractors, clients, permits and phases.
Assign, review, and incorporate laboratory tests.
Prepare Geotechnical reports, plans, specifications, quantities, and cost estimates.
Manage SOW, budget and schedule for assigned contracts.
Train engineers, designers, and technicians
Represent the company in industry conferences, workshops, out-reach events, pre-proposal conferences, etc.
Qualifications
BS in Civil Engineering, MS preferred
Professional Engineering License
Minimum 4 years’ experience in Geotechnical Engineering
Willingness to travel for geotechnical fieldwork (short durations)
Valid Driver’s license
Proficient with MS Office®
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
