Senior Fund Administrator- Investment Management- New York, NY
We are seeking candidates for a Senior Fund Administrator position with a highly successful Investment Management firm located in New York, NY 10001. This position will report to the Director of Fund Administration. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of fund administration experience with strong experience working with 1940 Act Funds and hands-on experience driving technical aspect of New Product Launches (REITs and High Yield Municipal Mutual Funds).
This is a 6-9+ month contract that will pay $130-160/hr (depending on experience) within a 40-hour work week. This position is required to be onsite 3 days/week in the New York office.

Responsibilities:
- Support efforts related to new product launches including REITs and High Yield Municipal Mutual Funds
- Perform 15c reporting
- Conduct implementation of tailored shareholder reporting (TSR)
- Implement new rules and regulations into existing control framework
- Perform regulatory reporting
- Assist in the coordination of monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annual regulatory reporting
- requirements through communication with the fund administrator, independent auditors, and internal parties (i.e. Form N-PORT, Form N1-A, Form N-2, semiannual and annual reports, Form 10-K/10-Q, Form N-CEN)
- Drive process improvement and support special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business is required
- 15+ years of experience within fund administration (prefer public and private)
- Strong background working with 1940 Act Funds
- Strong technical skills (Microsoft Office Suite (Excel), Alteryx)
- Hands-on experience driving technical aspects of New Product Launches, including REITs and
- High Yield Municipal Mutual Funds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and self-motivated
