Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Manage fund accounting in alignment with fund documents and legal agreements.
- Oversee, review, and reconcile complex transactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor liquidity and prepare distributions and drawdowns across debt and equity vehicles.
- Coordinate with auditors, custodians, brokers, and other teams to produce detailed financial reports with complex calculations.
- Drive efficiency improvements through cross-functional initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in public or private accounting
- Strong knowledge of real estate funds and investment operations
- SQL and PowerBI knowledge is a plus, but not required
