Senior Fund Accountant at KBW Financial

A large, privately held Real Estate developer in Boston is actively seeking a Senior Fund Accountant for a direct hire. The Senior Fund Accountant will report to the Assistant Controller and will be responsible for multifamily fund accounting and property accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Review monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages
• Review capital calls, distributions, and contributions
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
• Review GL on a monthly basis
• Analyze balance sheet and income statements

Qualifications:

• Yardi experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar
• 3+ years of property accounting

This is a hybrid role 3x onsite per week in Boston.

Salary is up to $105k plus bonus.
