Senior Full Stack Engineer - Frederick Fox

We are seeking highly motivated software engineers to help design and build innovative products that empower professional real estate investors to manage their financial needs. Responsibilities:

• Build full-stack web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, and Serverless Framework.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management to define and develop features, leveraging tools such as React.
• Guide and oversee the work of junior developers.
• Partner with operations and infrastructure teams to scale back-end services effectively.
• Participate in code reviews, development workflows, and business meetings as required.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and problem-solving.
• Proven success in working collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Familiarity with AWS, React, and Serverless Framework is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
• A positive attitude, willingness to provide and receive feedback, and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability to explain and discuss system architecture and component design.
