Responsibilities

• Develop new and improved surface care and disinfectant wet wipes in alignment with global business objectives. Collaborate with existing disinfectant registrants, chemical suppliers, and formulation experts.
• Ensure all products comply with regulatory and safety standards.
• Manage disinfectant and surface care projects across retail, CMS, RT, and the UK. Plan and direct project activities, trials, and discussions with raw material suppliers.
• Provide internal project updates and engage in discussions with Regulatory, QA, Operations, and Category Product Management. 
• Investigate and implement new testing methods to validate product performance and efficiency claims. Collaborate with external laboratories and consultants when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Required
• 8 years in product development, regulatory, or quality assurance is necessary (formulation experience is a plus)
• Familiarity with U.S. regulations, analytical test methods, and scientific principles is essential (EPA understanding preferred)
• Able to independently manage multiple projects, design and execute experiments, and interpret results.
• Willingness to travel to manufacturing sites, customers, and external vendors is expected

Salary: $90K-$105K annually
