Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test firmware for our next-generation products.
- Debug and optimize firmware using JTAG, UART, SPI, USB, and RTOS.
- Perform rate monotonic analysis to ensure optimal system performance.
- Program microprocessors and microcontrollers to meet product specifications.
- Use programming languages such as C#, Java, and Linux to develop firmware solutions.
- Utilize IDE for software development and root cause analysis for problem-solving.
- Conduct DFMEA and PFMEA to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards in all firmware development processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated hardware-software systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in firmware development, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in JTAG, UART, SPI, USB, RTOS, and rate monotonic analysis.
- Strong experience with microprocessors and microcontrollers.
- Proficient in programming languages such as C#, Java, and Linux.
- Experience with IDE and root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with DFMEA and PFMEA methodologies.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and compliance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
