Senior Financial Planning Analyst, M&A Consultant from Foster McKay

Our client, located in New York State, is hiring a temporary Senior Financial Planning and Analysis, M&A Consultant for a 2–3-month project. This is a fully remote role.

This finance professional will work closely with the CFO on an acquisition project and financing, working closely with the Board of Directors. The qualified consultant will build financial models and executive level lender presentations based on historical and forecast data and analysis.

Qualifications

• Expert level Excel skills
• Several years’ experience building integrated complex forecast models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Capitalization Table, etc.)
• Ability to compile and analyze financial and KPI data from various systems to support Board, lender and other constituency requests
• Previous direct involvement with acquisitions
• Previous experience building private equity and/or board level financial presentations
• Previous experience with lender presentations and financing process
• NetSuite (or other similar accounting system) familiarity to run reports/obtain data
• Preferred experience working with private equity (to understand expected pace and rigor of analytics)
