KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting is working with a professional services company in Andover, MA that is in need of an experienced Accounting Clerk to do a variety of accounting responsibilities in their office. This is a hands on position that works with a small team and requires a desire to help out in other areas of the company such as operations and office administration. Our client is very motivated to hire and is seeking someone that can interview immediately.
The responsibilities for the Accounting Clerk will include but will not be limited to:
- Daily deposits and bank reconciliations
- Assist with processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- General office responsibilities
- Helping with budgets, calculating commissions,
The ideal candidate for the Accountant should have experience that meets the following requirements:
- 5 plus years equivalent Accounting experience
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work with vendors
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
