Compensation: $80 000 - 105 000 plus bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST:

• Assist in the development of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans to support organizational goals.
• Analyze key financial metrics and variances to asses business performance and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with senior management to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency across the organization.
• Develop 3 statement financial models

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST:

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.
• Workday proficiency
• Self-starter mindset with the initiative to promote change when needed.

Preferred:

• Bachelors in Finance or related field
• 3+ years of modeling experience
• Knowledge of statistics, corporate finance, and accounting principles..
• Background in testing analysis of business initiatives.
