Job Details
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of branch revenue, profitability, and expenses
Evaluate cost structures to identify opportunities for cost reduction and optimization
Develop financial models to support decision-making processes
Identify areas for growth and efficiency improvement
Collaborate with branch managers to establish budgets and forecasts
Perform variance analysis by comparing actuals to budgeted targets
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor branch performance
Create financial analysis templates and reports
Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals
Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Requirements:
Strong multitasking abilities and ability to meet deadlines
Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and consolidations preferred
Prior reporting experience with Private Equity backed and/or public companies desirable
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related quantitative field
Minimum of 5 years of highly analytical professional experience, with FP&A experience preferred
Proficiency in detailed Excel modeling
Expertise in Power BI
Solid understanding of financial reporting, balance sheets, cash flow, and profit and loss (P&L) statements
