Job DescriptionThe Senior, US Therapeutics Financial Compliance assists with the execution of the US Therapeutics & Aesthetics Financial Compliance program for Federal ‘Sunshine’ Reporting. This role is responsible for the collection and reporting of Healthcare Providers (HCP) and/or Healthcare Organizations (HCO) financial data for all US Commercial events including Employee Business Expenses, Speaker Programs, Speaker Training, Sponsorships, Exhibits, Memberships, Consulting and Grants.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting in the completion of the US Therapeutics & Aesthetics Federal ‘Sunshine’ reporting process and collecting and reporting data timely and accurately to present to Senior Finance Leadership and OEC.
- Assists with the weekly review and matching of profiles within transparency vendor system. Additionally, updates records at request based on monitoring and ad-hoc vendor reports.
- Assists with transparency reporting financial analysis.
- Assists with the review of analytics dashboards to identify potential source feed and data integrity issues.
- Assists with quarterly/yearly reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data received from source systems.
- Performs monthly/quarterly reporting for eCommerce.
- Performs monthly/quarterly reporting for PCYC APD/eForm sources.
- Performs monthly Cool Sculpting University (CSU) Meal & travel spend reporting.
- Reviews disputed HCP transactions and work with the field to resolve.
- Conducts annual reviews of StateSpend database dimension tables to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Creates/maintains desktop procedures specific to role.
- Assists with Internal and External Audit requests.
- Meets deadlines to ensure all areas of responsibility are timely and accurate in reporting of data ensuring adherence to compliance policies, financial policies, and state/federal laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
- Experience in audit, finance, and/or accounting. Minimum of 4 years’ experience.
- Analytical skill set including advanced excel and ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Power BI knowledge a plus.
- Team orientated nature.

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
