Comp: $100-110K plus 5% minimum bonus (They have paid out 10%+ bonuses in recent years due to outstanding company performance)

Hybrid role: 3 days in office/2 days from home

SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST

Duties:

• Lead the annual budgeting process (p&l, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Coordinate the 3-year strategic plan financials.
• Accurately and timely maintain the five year global interactive financial model (balance sheet, cash flow and P&L)
• Perform analyses on contribution/delivered margin, gross profit & cost savings for existing and new products to ensure long-term profitability of the Company.
• Support the sales organization with Product Line Reviews (PLR).
• Lead the quarterly forecasting process, analyze and identify major variances on the channel/product line profitability statement in comparison to annual operating plan.
• Develop financial reports for forecasting, trending, and results analysis.
• Ensure integrity and accuracy of financial data by evaluating and implementing controls that have an impact on profitability of the company.
• Ensures business decisions are made in compliance with the company’s Management Decision Process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in finance or accounting from an accredited university.
• MBA a plus but not required
• 3+ years experience (manufacturing environment preferred).
• Experience in budget / forecast preparation, cash-flow, NPV and IRR, and capital project management.
• Professional in all aspects of business, excellent presentation skills, has exhibited positive leadership traits.
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
• Highly proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, & Access.
• Experience in automated reporting tools such as Hyperion, BPC, Kognos, etc
