Key Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst

• Analyze past results, identify trends, and perform variance analysis.

• Investigate operational and financial results, recommending improvements.

• Perform monthly product costing variance analysis and price volume mix analysis for key product categories.

• Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for product categories, benchmarking sales, costs, and margins.

• Prepare and analyze factory dashboards to support decision-making.

• Own and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity across tools such as AARO, Planful, M3 ERP, and QlikView.

• Assist in reporting metrics and results to corporate headquarters.

• Educate internal stakeholders on financial performance metrics and dashboards.

• Take on special projects as needed.

Preferred Qualifications for the Senior Financial Analyst

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Data Analytics (Master’s degree a plus).

• 5+ years of experience, including at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong quantitative, analytical, and financial acumen.

• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or M3.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
