Senior Financial Analyst - Keurig Dr Pepper Inc.

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a vital role in analyzing and reporting KDP's financial performance for finance and executive leadership. Supporting two regions, you will work closely with business leaders and finance teams within the Direct Store Delivery (DSD) organization to identify and communicate key financial drivers. This position requires a solid understanding of corporate finance, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

***This role is based in Sacramento, CA, San Leandro, CA, and Denver, CO, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).***

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Region Finance on month-end close and financial reporting.
• Provide financial guidance on actual results and planning.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization.
• Support leadership with timely reporting and analysis.
• Evaluate spending patterns and recommend business decisions.
• Partner with teams to analyze key business drivers.
• Assess financial trends and forecast reasonableness.
• Make recommendations based on financial insights.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling.
• Communicate financial milestones across the organization.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure spend accuracy with sales and operations teams.
• Provide insights to business partners and leadership.
• Identify productivity improvement opportunities.
• Analyze growth and operating expenses to drive profit.

Budgeting/Forecasting:

• Perform budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Support monthly financial close and recommend adjustments.
• Assist with projections and present actionable insights.
• Develop and publish critical performance reports.
