Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst
Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Senior Financial Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting across multiple departments. This position involves preparing and reviewing complex financial data and reports, monitoring trends, and collaborating with key stakeholders to formulate strategic insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct budget and cost reviews, analyzing variances and providing actionable insights for operational enhancements.
Prepare monthly consolidation, review, and reconciliation of business unit financials.
Utilize financial analysis and modeling techniques to consolidate large datasets, develop models, and enhance existing ones.
Generate financial reporting and analytics, including annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and variance analysis.
Collaborate with Accounting and Corporate Finance teams on monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
Engage with business leads to summarize and analyze key data, providing valuable financial support.
Demonstrate proficiency in ERP systems, adhering to proper business practices and best practices in financial management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, finance, math, or related field.
Three (3) years of experience in financial analysis, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in various Finance functions (Budgeting, Consolidation, Performance Reporting, and financial analysis).
Strong understanding of accounting processes, procedures, and internal controls.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Desired Qualifications:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
Work Environment:
This position is virtual and open to residents of the 50 states, D.C.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary range: $57,384.00 - $98,992.80, with potential for bonuses. Stride, Inc. offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
