Job Details:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to provide actionable insights supporting key business decisions.
- Develop and maintain intricate financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning purposes.
- Monitor and analyze crucial SaaS metrics such as Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
- Collaborate with the VP, Finance to lead the annual operating plan process, engaging with Executive and Senior Leadership Teams throughout the planning cycle.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to collect relevant data and ensure accurate financial reporting, adapting to evolving business needs.
- Utilize technical prowess and data skills to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency.
- Support monthly accounting close and annual audit workflows in coordination with the Finance & Accounting team.
- Proactively seek opportunities for collaboration across functions to advance our shared mission and vision.
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' progressive experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in dynamic environments
- Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and other financial software/tools
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (especially in SaaS), financial reporting, and internal controls
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders effectively
- Detail-oriented with a proven ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Resides in the Austin, TX area for hybrid work; fully remote arrangement considered for exceptional candidates

- MBA or relevant professional certification (CFA, CPA)
- Experience working with private equity or venture capital-backed startups
