As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll play a vital role in driving operational excellence and business performance while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with warehouse leaders and supervisors to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies for operational improvement.
- Analyze labor productivity metrics and report on key spend areas such as labor and supplies.
- Develop and document Standard Operating Practices (SOPs) to streamline processes and ensure consistency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to assess and optimize shipping supply costs.
- Assist in planning, forecasting, and evaluating business performance by leveraging financial modeling and analysis.
- Automate and optimize processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in labor forecasting and budgeting.
- Provide regular operational and financial insights to regional warehouse leaders and supervisors.
- Generate monthly Profit and Loss (P&L) reports, analyze budget variances, and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Operations, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounting and Financial positions.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP, with at least 3 years of experience.
- Advanced Excel skills with at least 3 years of experience.
- Experience in General Accounting and an understanding of accounting principles.
- Familiarity with Essbase/SmartView and Kronos timekeeping system.
- Knowledge of Financial Modeling, Labor analysis, and P&L reporting.
- Experience with Apex/Power BI/Tableau for data visualization.
- Ability to present financial data effectively to senior executives.
