Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in finance or accounting.
Experience in a healthcare environment desirable but not required.
Proven experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tool experience desirable but not required.
Knowledge, Competencies & Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and draw conclusions from data.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly, concisely, and compellingly to diverse audiences (financial managers, business leaders, physicians).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including complex formulas and functions), PowerPoint, and financial modeling software.
Strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and build strong relationships with colleagues across different departments.
Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
Strong business acumen and understanding of financial markets.
Tech Requirements for the Job:
High-speed, reliable internet connection to ensure uninterrupted communication and access to necessary systems and tools.
Quiet and private work environment to maintain the confidentiality of patient information and minimize background noise during calls.
Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools, such as video conferencing software, instant messaging platforms, and customer relationship management systems.
Compliance with all security and privacy policies and protocols.

Must have the ability & willingness to travel to other sites as necessary within a geographic region.
Physical Requirements for the Job:
Regularly required to sit and stand for extended periods.
Involves standing, sitting, walking, bending, stooping, and twisting.
Requires full range of body motion, including manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 25 lbs.
