Role Overview:
As a key member of our Finance Team, you'll collaborate closely with our Finance Director to empower our clients through insightful analysis, enabling informed decision-making. We're seeking a solution-oriented individual who thrives under pressure, excels at meeting deadlines, and is dedicated to exceeding client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Support our diverse client base in crafting and executing financial planning models, encompassing cash flow projections, strategic planning, annual budgets, and tailored analyses.
- Consolidate and analyze operational data to derive actionable insights.
- Drive improvements in reporting capabilities by collaborating with accounting and business intelligence teams to enhance systematic reporting processes.
- Contribute to the preparation of annual and departmental budgets.
- Develop and maintain variance analysis to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with business intelligence and accounting teams to establish robust data warehousing solutions, including KPIs, dashboards, and standardized reporting.
- Prepare consolidated monthly financial reports and provide insightful commentary for key stakeholders.
- Assist in crafting board-level analyses and presentations in collaboration with CFOs.
- Conduct analytical reviews of financial statements and oversee capital appropriations.
- Provide operational support, including business partnering for annual forecasts and quarterly updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Background in customer service is advantageous.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and NetSuite (knowledge of other accounting software is a plus).
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel functions including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX & MATCH, COUNTIFS, etc.
- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive base salary, performance-based bonus, generous PTO (15 days for the first 3 years, increasing to 20 days after 4 years), eligibility for CPA exam hours, flexibility for advanced schooling, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) options.
