About the Job
As a Sr Financial Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations and decision-making process of our Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS) business unit. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to drive business performance and profitability. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting strategic initiatives within the HPS business unit. You will report directly to our Finance Manager and you’ll work out of our Des Plaines, IL location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the financial success of the HPS business unit by providing valuable financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support business decision-making
• Assist in the development of financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth initiatives
• Support financial audits and ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations
• Provide financial modeling and analysis for business cases and investment decisions

YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles
WE VALUE
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
