Job Details
This position supports two sister healthcare companies and is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting and providing insights to support decision making, and working collaboratively with other internal departments such as Operations, Billing, Human Resources, and Marketing. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are imperative for our fast-paced environment.
Position Overview:
- Develop and maintain financial models such as cash flow forecasts
- Assist with the annual budgeting process and develop financial forecasts
- Prepare operational reports and communicate findings to management
- Collaborate with various departments to gather information, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to management
- Support strategic planning initiatives by providing financial insights and recommendations
- Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
- Maintain financial databases and systems to ensure data integrity and accessibility
- Assist with ad hoc analysis projects as needed
- Perform general office duties to support daily operations
- Suggest improvements and changes to processes and policies to improve productivity or customer satisfaction
- Maintain industry knowledge to keep skills current and to develop professionally
- Comply with the company’s vision, mission, and values
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited college or University in the areas of Finance, Accounting, Business Management or another related area
- Experience in financial analysis, healthcare industry experience preferred
- Adherence to laws and best practices in regard to dealing with customers and data
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, team environment
- Results-driven and patient
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Excellent time management and high productivity
- Leadership ability
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Strong, polished communication skills – written and verbal
- Advanced knowledge of financial software and tools (Excel, Workday Adaptive Planning, NetSuite)
